These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Colibri's website and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Colibri ("Colibri", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colibri will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
